Assassin's Creed: Valhalla - How to Get the Best Ending

Given the growing number of RPG mechanics in the Assassin's Creed franchise, games now have multiple endings based on your choices. This guide will show you how to get the best ending in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla.

Assassin's Creed: Valhalla "Best Ending"

To get the best ending in Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, you need to make 5 main choices throughout the game. This choice will determine the ending you get.

You can easily skip 2 of them; however, if you choose 3 incorrect options, you will miss the best end of the game.

1st choice

The first of these basic options is presented in the Sea of Fate mission in Chapter 5, The Battle of the Northern Route, before leaving Norway.

Here, at the end of the mission, you are offered a choice: take resources from Norway to England or leave them in Stirbjorn. Here you have to choose to leave resources for Styrbjorn.

2nd choice

The second option is at the beginning after the first. When you talk to Randy, you have the option to look at the alliance card or ask her if she's okay. Select the option "are you all right?" this choice results in the main mission being "taken for granted."

At the end of the mission, you must climb the tower, where you have the opportunity to start an affair with Randy.

Now you have to abandon her and cannot start an affair with her. When presented with a dialogue choice, choose "now is not a good time."

3rd choice

The third choice is found in the main mission "blood from stone" in chapter 2 of the Paladin's stone.

After the battle, you will start a conversation with Basim and your brother. During the selection in this video, you need to make sure that your character remains calm.

There are two good choices you need to make here. The first will be “sigh” and “hit Basim.” Select “Take a breath” with this choice.

Next, you will be presented with the following choices: "enough about that." And "hit Sigurd. - here you have to choose" enough of this "instead of hitting Sigurd. This will complete the 3rd choice.

4th choice

The 4th choice will be presented after you complete the center saga.

You must return to the settlement and report it, but you will find yourself in a boss fight with Doug. Once you defeat Doug, the 4th choice will be presented.

When you defeat Doug, the cutscene plays with Doug dying, trying to reach for his ax.

You can either “give Doug his ax” or “deny Doug his ax.” - here you go. - give Doug his ax. - your hero will put the ax on Doug's chest and wish him luck in the afterlife.

5th choice

The final choice will be presented after the Essex Saga is complete and you return to the settlement to report it.

Here Sigurd will make a rather harsh decision in the theft case. He orders the thief to pay thirty times more than he stole.

Here you have a choice: either to tell Sigurd that the decision is unfair, or to support him as a Jarl.

I chose the second option to support Sigurd. Select the option "I support Sigurd's judgment" as the final step towards a better ending.

Best ending

The best ending has the best result for both Sigurd and Eyvor. By choosing the options described above, Eyvor succeeds in gaining Sigurd's trust and admiration.

Sigurd announces that his time as a jarl is coming to an end, and appoints Eyvor in his place.

With these words, both brothers return to England, where Avon is accepted as the new Jarl of the tribe, and this marks a better end for AC: Valhalla.
