When you wake up after falling, talk to Johnny and leave the room. There will be a huge blue neon cross in front of you. Instead of going straight on a straight road, duck down and follow through the small crevice in the wall to the left of the cross.

There is a room behind the crack. Go there and kill the four Arasaka soldiers. After passing through the room lit by red light, you will find yourself in another room, and behind it there will be a staircase. Climb it.
