LoL Wild Rift: Tier List - The best champions for each position

 The beta for League of Legends: Wild Rift has started and the first players are cavorting on the servers. We at OkayGotcha are there and have created a tier list to recommend the best champions for each position.

What does this animal ruse show? In Wild Rift you currently have 49 champions to choose from . But not all are equally strong. Especially in competitive games, it's about finding the best characters to win your matches. This is exactly what we want to help you with.

Below you will find a tier list for each position. These are sorted according to their usefulness. At the top is the S tier. Then come A, B and C tier. Characters in the C-Tier are still playable in the respective position, only significantly weaker than the other characters.

New champions have already been announced, even some that are not supposed to be in the PC version.

How did this list come about? The list is based on our own experience, especially in the area of ​​midlane, AD-Carry and support and more than 40 matches. We have been able to play Wild Rift for a few days and compared the mobile version with the classic LoL in a test report .

At the same time, Tier List from Rankedboost and Wild Rift Builds , as well as the videos from Excoundrel (Challenger player), Noyce Gaming and Furor Gaming were used. This tier list was created from all this information and conversations with other players.

The list was created on December 10th for Patch 1.1 and is constantly updated. The last update took place on April 30, 2021 and covers the status of patch 2.2.

What makes the S-Tier characters so strong? Orianna deals a lot of damage and can constantly deal damage with skill shots while in lane. Due to the adapted regeneration in Wild Rift, you rarely run out of mana. That makes them an uncomfortable opponent.

The great advantage of Zed is that his skill kit benefits greatly from setting a goal. This makes it easy to control the character on the smartphone. In addition, it has a great potential for damage.

What makes the S-Tier characters so strong? Olaf is the perfect top planner to single-handedly dominate a match. Because if you win your lane and get one or the other kill, then you can quickly influence the entire game from there. With his skills he can quickly defeat vassals and keep opponents at a distance with his ax throw “Undertow”. Other melee fighters in particular have problems with Olaf.

Malphite is a solid tank pick for the top lane and tends to come up trumps later in team fights.

Darius, on the other hand, is a strong melee and can do a lot of damage. You shouldn't underestimate him in the top lane.

What makes the S-Tier characters so strong? Lee Sin is by far the strongest jungler in the game. He is versatile, fast and strong in the ganks. However, it is not that easy to control, especially on a smartphone.

Besides Lee Sin, Gragas and Olaf are particularly strong at the moment. They do a lot of damage and are good at ganking the lane.

What makes the S-Tier characters so strong? Ezreal has an incredible number of skill shots that annoy enemies in lane and deal damage. Due to the adapted regeneration, he also rarely runs out of mana.

Jhin, in turn, scores with his high damage and is a bit stronger than Ezreal, especially in the late game on a Krit build.

What makes the S-Tier characters so strong? Braum is tanky and has an incredibly good set of skills. His first ability, Winter's Bite, is particularly useful in the early game to distribute a bit of damage, while the Ultimate Glacial Fissure is a force in the late game with the knockup.

Alistar, on the other hand, offers a lot of CC, but is still tanky and therefore so strong as a supporter.

Blitzcrank is especially popular and successful because he can pull enemies towards him. This can be done very precisely with a little practice on the smartphone. Blitzcrank is really strong right now, when we still have some problems with the controls and the speed of the game.
