Riot Games and Bungie file class action lawsuit against GatorCheats

Riot Games and Bungie have filed a class action lawsuit against GatorCheats, the creators of cheats for Valorant , Destiny 2 and other games.

Companies estimate the revenue of Cameron Santos' GatorCheats at tens or hundreds of thousands of USD. The price of the cheats ranged from 90 USD per month to 500 USD for lifetime access.

GatorCheats cheats were engaged in automatic aiming of weapons, revealing the location of opponents and giving access to a vast array of other information that would otherwise be hidden.

Bungie has previously contacted GatorCheats representatives who agreed to stop selling Destiny 2 cheats after receiving a complaint. But the company claims that the sale of cheats continued in the closed part of the site.

Riot Games and Bungie demand that GatorCheats be stopped. According to the lawsuit, the damage could amount to millions of USD.
