Each month Pokémon Go renews its list of raid bosses (or raids ) as part of its temporary events . In these activities that can be accessed through raid passes and that can be level 1, 3, 5 and Mega , we can face powerful Pokémon together with more players to weaken them and later get them for our team or Pokédex.

Raid bosses - level 1

This level is the easiest in terms of raids and difficulty (this level also includes level 2 raids that previously existed in the game). Raids on this level are represented by a pink egg symbol above the gyms.

  • Alolan Meowth *: Sinister type, CP range 416 - 455.
  • Alolan Grimer *: Poison and Sinister type, CP range 731 - 785.
  • Gligar *: Ground and Flying type, CP range 1,000 - 1,061.
  • Sneasel *: Sinister and Ice type, CP range 1,107 - 1,172.
  • Shinx *: Electric type, PC range 458 - 500.
  • Klink *: Steel type, PC range 502 - 546.

Raid bosses - level 3

Raids at this level are represented by a yellow egg symbol above the gyms. These are hard level raids (this level also includes level 4 raids that existed previously in the game).

  • Nidoqueen: Poison and Earth type, CP range 1,351 - 1,421.
  • Ariados: Poison and Bug type, CP range 953 - 1,012.
  • Umbreon: Sinister type, CP range 1,153 - 1,221.
  • Tyranitar: Rock and Dark type, CP range 2,103 - 2,191.
  • Absol *: Sinister type, CP range 1,370 - 1,443.

Raid bosses - level 5

This is the most difficult level for raids, only recommended for players with better equipment and powerful creatures. Raids on this level are represented by the symbol of a black egg above the gyms. The bosses at this level tend to change frequently each month, offering quite rare and unusual Pokémon .

  • Raikou *: Electric type, PC range 1,889 - 1,972 (until Thursday, February 4 at 10:00, local time).
  • Suicune: from Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (local time).
  • Latias and Latios: from Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., to Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 09:00 (local time).
  • Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres and Mewtwo: from Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 09:00, until Monday, March 1, 2021 at 08:00 (local time).

Mega Raid Bosses

This level of raids is reserved for Pokémon that have Mega Evolutions , in them you can earn Mega Energy corresponding to the Pokémon you face. The faster you win the raid, the more Mega Energy you will get. These raids are represented with a brown egg and in them you cannot capture Mega Evolution Pokémon , but you can capture their normal version.

  • Mega Venusaur *: Grass and Poison type, CP range 1,480 - 1,554 (available until February 20 at 10:00 a.m. local time).
  • Mega Ampharos *: Electric type, PC range 1,554 - 1,630 (available until February 20 at 10:00 a.m. local time).
  • Mega Houndoom *: Grim and Fire type, CP range 1,432 - 1,505 (available until February 20 at 10:00 a.m. local time).
  • Mega Pidgeot and a surprise Mega Evolved Pokémon: from Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. to Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (local time).
  • Mega Charizard X, Mega Charizard Y and Mega Blastoise: from Saturday, February 20, 2021, to Monday, March 1, 2021 (each week of February will also include a raid event on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. ET local).
