- Team Go Rocket recruits have turned the following creatures into Shadow Pokémon: Swinub, Nosepass, Aron, Spheal, Lileep, Anorith
- If you defeat Team Rocket leaders during the event, you will get a gift sticker of the corresponding leader.
- The following Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild during the event: Golbat, Koffing, Ariados, Qwilfish, Sneasel, Houndour, Nuzleaf, Stunky, Skorupi, and Venipede
- All these Pokémon can appear to us when we hatch strange eggs during the event: Qwilfish, Larvitar, Corphish, Absol, Skorupi, Sandile, Scraggy, Pawniard, Vullaby and Deino
- We have exclusive field investigations of the event
- We have the bonus of half the distance needed to hatch an egg when we place it inside an incubator
