During the transition to Valheim, you yourself are saved, and pumping and items in the inventory are also saved. But keep in mind that the items that are in the chests are no longer saved when you move to another server. The same goes for items in your base. So if you die on another server and do not have time to return for your items, other players may well pick them up. So be careful.
