Holy waste! They sell the first Batman comic in "good condition" for more than a million dollars

A copy in "good condition" of Batman # 1 from 1939 has been sold for a not inconsiderable figure of 1.2 million dollars.

The world of classic comic auctions has been buzzing lately. In addition, there are "for all pockets" as long as they are deep enough to carry seven figures, of course. The collection of old comics and the first appearances of iconic characters such as Superman , Batman , etc., has always been a value on the rise, especially if the conservation status of the piece to be auctioned receives a good rating.

According to CBR reports , a copy of Batman # 1 from 1939 has sold for $ 1.2 million . This may seem "ridiculous" if we do not consider the detail of its rating, especially if we remember that not long ago another copy sold for 2.2 million.

This enormous variation is due to the copy sold recently had a quality rating of the  Certified Guaranty Company of 8.0 , which is considered "good condition", while the copy sold for 2.2 million dollars reached 9.4 Valuation "almost perfect ".

It is increasingly difficult to find good copies of Detective Comics # 27 , the first appearance of Batman, so this type of comics, which have the presentations of characters such as the Joker or Catwoman , are taking over little by little and becoming in authentic gold mines for those who are lucky enough to have in a trunk one of these jewels longed for by the most daring collectors.
