One of them is located in the 7th well, the second is in the location "Old Town (east)", in the easternmost house on the map. You will need to open the door to the courtyard with the handle, climb onto the ledge and climb onto the roof of the neighboring house. When you complete the reservoir episode, move to Moro's lab. Turn left near the mill, open the door with the handle and go forward. There are three flash bangs waiting for you in the well.

First you need to get a handle. You will receive it during the fight with Salvatore Moro. From the Duke, go towards the Dimitrescu castle, but before the stairs up, turn right and move to the pier.
