Where to find all the supporting characters in Biomutant

 

In the open world Biomutant can be found with 23 additional characters. Finding them all unlocks the Social achievement. The description of the trophy says that you need to find "16 side characters", but in fact there are many more. Some of them are probably considered the main characters. The 16 that are needed for the trophy give side quests, but you should talk to all 23.

The best way to do this is to play through the game's story until you defeat the 4th World Eater, after which you can still travel the open world to find the remaining characters. During the course of the story, you will automatically meet some of the secondary characters.

None of them can be missed. However, after completing the story, you will return to the main menu to start a new game +. Make sure you make a save after defeating the 4th boss, then you can use it to continue free movement and find the remaining characters.

When you meet a new character, you will see a short cut-scene that shows the creature in close-up and presents its name. After that, a mark with a unique character icon will appear on the map. This guide lists all of the minor character locations from south to north.

Character # 1: Lump

Located on a floating boat (Floatboat), located near the shore in a thicket of bamboo.

Character # 2: Gulp

Located in a small bar. To get close to the character, you need a boat. It can be obtained automatically according to the plot.

Character # 3: Goop

Located at the station. You will find him here during The Soaked One main quest.

Character # 4: Gizmo

Located in Brick Town. You will meet him here during the main quest, The Recyclopedian.

Character # 5: Klick

It is located in a small blue kiosk located south of the huge mountain.

Character # 6: Moog

Located in an oxygen-free area. You can get here during the passage of the story, the quest "Moog Knows".

Character # 7: Boom

Located under a large power line.

Character # 8: Pebble

Located on a hill (there is no character mark on the map).

Character # 9: Jumble

Can be found under a large tree.

Character # 10: Chubsa

A small building in the field (there is no character mark on the map).

Character # 11: Trim

Small building on a hill next to the road.

Character # 12: Honki

Found in a large brick house.

Character # 13: Out-of-Date

Located on the Tree of Life (you can get here after defeating one of the World Eaters). You first meet this character during the prologue, and then you can find him here later, during the main quest "The Masterplan".

Character # 14: Juju

You can see a small house near the main road.

Character # 15: Mito

In the thickets of trees near the road.

Character # 16: Noko

You will meet her here during The Gnoatgroomer main quest.

Character # 17: Nova

The site on the ruined tower.

Character # 18: Whiz

Factory. You will meet him here during The Tinkertonker main quest.

Character # 19: Gill

House with a pier located near the reservoir.

Character # 20: Chu-Chu

Near the red trailer on the railway.

Character # 21: Maya

In a small wooden building.

Character # 22: Lobo

Located at the station. A special suit is required. To obtain it, you must complete the The Heatzone Suit side quest, which you will automatically receive the first time you enter this area (or any other heat zone). Alternatively, you can also wear armor that provides heat resistance, or improve your resistance with biopoints.

Character # 23: Sol

To get to this location, you must complete a chain of side quests from Lobo (the previous side character). This will open up an airship that will allow you to fly to the island where Sol is located.
