LOST ARK - Quenching from 250 to 1340gs in the "Revenge of the Masters" update

Beginner's Gear Leveling Guide from 250 to 1340gs

Most recently, the Revenge of the Masters update was installed, where the new continent of South Bern became available and new flasks for raising the GSa appeared. Now you can upgrade from 250 to 1325gs with a 100% chance of hardening. But from 250 to 1050 ga, some of the gold and fragments still return. In this article I will tell you how to raise gf from 250 to 1340.

There are three ranks of equipment in LOST ARK: T1 - 302gs-550gs, T2 - 802gs-1050gs, T3 1302gs +.

GS is the level of your equipment (equipment rating).

You can go to T2 in two ways:

  • Through pumping T1 equipment up to 550gf.
  • Buy Kayshurite Equipment (802gs), Great Seas (840gs) or Shimmering Reality (885gs) at auction. It only takes a few parts. Since the transition to T2 occurs from 550gs, the main thing is that the GS is 550.

I advise you to use the first method for beginners, and the second method for tweens. Why is the first way for beginners? Because, most likely, you will not have enough gold to buy equipment from the auction.

If you still have the opportunity to buy equipment from the T2 auction, then it is better to do it. Since for pumping T1 you need a lot of emerald shards, and there are not so many of them. But, if you are in no hurry, then download T1.

T1 equipment

Upon reaching combat level 50 and completing the storyline quest in North Bern, you will receive a letter in your mail with: An Incredible Story Chest with a Rank 1 Jewelry Set, a Rank 10 Simple Emerald Chest and a Small Recruit Chest I with Materials to improve equipment of the 1st rank.

Open all the chests. We put on the legendary jewelry that you received from the "Incredible Story" chest. Emerald Shards are useful for hardening T1 equipment.

And in the rookie's chest there are the same flasks that will help to temper with a 100% chance in increments of 3. You will also receive a rookie chest II from it, which will contain oils for the next hardening level, but you can open it only at 310g. From this chest you can get oils for pumping equipment up to 370g.

Hardening 302 → 310 → 325 → 355 → 370

Alchemical oils are only used on a few equipment: Char of Resonance, Antique, Antique Elberian, and Antique Bernese.

The fastest way to get equipment is the Enchant of Resonance, you will spend more time collecting the rest than pumping to T2. So, throughout the guide, I will only talk about the equipment from the Halls of Chaos. In no case do not change the equipment until you see in the guide that the equipment needs to be replaced. You will not be able to use 100% hardened flasks on other equipment (which is not listed on the flasks).

We go to the Halls of Chaos of North Bern "Echo of the Past" for stage 1, it is available from 250g and we knock out all the pieces of equipment of the Char of Resonance from there (there are six of them in total). All parts may not fall in one run, so try again. But keep in mind that the Halls of Chaos are available only 2 times a day.

Having received all the parts of the equipment of the Charm of Resonance, we go to temper it. First treat your equipment with Emerald Shards, and then press "Hardening" and select the "Weak Alchemical Oil" amplifier. So we temper all parts up to level 3.

Level 3 is 310gs, which means it's time to open the second rookie chest. It will already contain Diluted alchemical oil, with which you can harden equipment up to 325gs (hardening level 6).

Then everything happens according to the same scheme:

  • We get 325gs, open the Small Chest of the Recruit III and temper the equipment to 340gs (hardening level 9).
  • At 340gs, open the Small Recruit IV Chest and temper the equipment to 355gs (level 12 hardening).
  • At 355g, open the Small Recruit Chest V and temper the equipment to 370g (hardening level 15).

Hardening 370 → 385 → 400 → 415

Upon reaching 370gs you will receive 4 letters in your mail, in them you will find: Medium Chest of a Recruit I, Chest "A Fascinating Story" with a set of 1st rank jewelry, Gilded Emerald Chest and Bag with Givena's Crystals. Change the jewelry immediately, and in the Medium Chest of the Recruit I there will be bottles for other equipment.

The Blood of the Guardian is used for several equipment, but we will collect the Equipment of the Fetranian energy. We go to the Chaos Halls of North Bern "Magic Anomaly" at stage 1 and knock out all the parts of the Fetranian Energy Equipment from there.

You can only use Strong Blood of the Guardian for tempering from level 6, so you need to transfer level 15 of tempering from Spell of Resonance to Fetranian Energy Equipment and get tempering level 6. Tempering is transferred to the same NPC, from which you are tempering equipment, but in the "Processing" tab.

After the transfer, we temper the equipment to level 9 with the help of the Strong Blood of the Guardian and we get 385gf.

Then everything follows the same scheme:

  • At 385g, open the Medium Chest of the Recruit II and temper the equipment to 400gf (level 12 hardening).
  • At 400g, open the Medium Recruit III Chest and temper the equipment to 415g (hardening level 15).

Quenching 415 → 460 → 505 → 550

Rohendel becomes available at 400gs.

You will receive the following letters with flasks, jewelry and resources after completing the entire storyline on the Rohandel mainland.

If this is your first character, then in the quest log in the "Training" tab, take the "New Sea" quest and complete it. After that, in the same tab, another task "The Veil of Proceus" will appear, complete it too. And after that, Eadallin in Bern will have the task "Blossoming gave birth to the Sillins", take it and sail to Rohendel.

If this is not your first character and you have already been to Rohendel, then just sail to Rohendel.

After completing the storyline in Rohandel, you will receive letters in your mail, which will include: "A Mysterious Story" chest with jewelry, a Royal Emerald Chest, a Large Recruit Chest I and a Bag of Large Givena Crystals (200 pcs.). Replace the old jewelry immediately with a new one, and in the Large Chest of Recruit I there will be bottles for hardening other equipment.

Elzovin's Dawn Dew can be used on Elzovin's Nightmare Equipment, so we go to the Rohandel Halls of Chaos in Dreams for stage 1, which is available from 415gs.

Elzovyn's Dawn Dew can only be hardened from level 6, so you need to transfer level 15 hardening from Fetranian energy to Elzovyn's Nightmare Equipment and get hardened level 6.

After the transfer, we temper the equipment to level 9 with the help of Dawn Dew Elzovin and we get 460gf.

Then everything follows the same scheme:

  • At 460g, open the chest and temper the equipment to 505g (hardening level 12).
  • At 505g, open the chest and temper the equipment to 550g (hardening level 15).

At 550g, the first rank of equipment ends and the second begins.

T2 equipment

At 505gs, Yon becomes available.

You will receive the following letters with flasks, jewelry and resources after completing the entire storyline on the Yon mainland. You don't need to do anything in advance, just sail to Yon.

Upon completion of Yona's storyline, you will receive letters in your mail, which will contain: "Fantastic Story" chest (with a set of jewelry of the 2nd rank), a simple sapphire chest and a small chest of the veteran I (with materials for improving equipment of the 2nd rank).

Hardening 550 → 810 → 825 → 840 → 855 → 870

It is possible to open the Small Chest of Veteran I only at 800g, so we go to the Halls of Chaos Yon "Tremors" for stage 1 and knock out all the pieces of the Timeloop Equipment from there. This gear will be 802gsa and you will be able to open the chest.

Veteran I's Small Chest will contain Tempering Flasks for Timeloop Equipment, but they can only be used from level 3 of Tempering. Therefore, you need to transfer level 15 hardening from Elzovyn's Nightmares to the Timeloop Equipment and get hardened level 3.

After the transfer, we temper the equipment to level 6 with the help of the Small Heavenly Sapphire and we get 810gf.

Further, according to the same scheme:

  • At 810gs, we temper the equipment to 825gs (hardening level 9).
  • At 825gs, we temper the equipment to 855gs (hardening level 12).
  • At 855gs, we temper the equipment to 870gs (hardening level 15).

Quenching 870 → 885 → 900 → 915

Veteran V's Small Chest will give you a Veteran I Medium Chest, which will contain flasks to temper Magma Forge Equipment. And also at 870gs you will receive a Bag of Sirion crystals (200 pcs.) By mail.

We go to the Halls of Chaos Yona "Twisting of Eternity" at stage 1 and knock out all the parts of the Magma Forge Equipment from there.

Diluted Blacksmith Oil can only be used from level 6 hardening, so transfer level 15 hardening from Time Loop to Magma Forge Equipment and get hardened level 6.

After the transfer, we temper the equipment to level 9 with the help of Diluted blacksmith oil and get 885gf.

Further, according to the same scheme:

  • At 885gs, we temper the equipment to 900gs (hardening level 12).
  • At 900g, we temper the equipment to 915g (hardening level 15).

Quenching 915 → 945 → 975 → 1005 → 1020 → 1035 → 1050

At 900g, Feyton becomes available.

The following letters with flasks and resources you will receive after completing the entire storyline on the Feyton mainland. You don't need to do anything in advance, just sail to Feyton.

Upon completion of Faithon's storyline, you will receive letters in your mail, which will contain: Small set for tempering and Large chest of Veteran I.

Veteran I's Large Chest will contain almandines for hardening the Equipment of Impenetrable Darkness. We leave for the Halls of Chaos of Faithon "Dark Shadows" and knock out all the parts of the Equipment of impenetrable darkness from there.

They can only be used from level 6 of hardening. Therefore, transfer level 15 of tempering from the Magma Forge to the Equipment of Infernal Darkness and you will receive tempering level 6.

After the transfer, we temper the equipment to level 9 with the help of the Almandine Shard and we get 945gs (hardening level 8).

Further, according to the same scheme:

  • At 945gs, we temper the equipment to 975gs (hardening level 10).
  • At 975gs, we temper the equipment to 1005gs (hardening level 12).
  • At 1005gs we temper the equipment up to 1020gs (hardening level 13).
  • At 1020gs we temper the equipment to 1035gs (hardening level 14).
  • At 1035gs, we temper the equipment to 1050gs (hardening level 15).

At 1050gs, the second rank of equipment ends and the third begins.

T3 equipment

At 1005, Papuanica becomes available, and from 1050 you will have to swing not with a 100% chance and resources for hardening will not be sent. However, up to 1325gs you can still upgrade with a 100% chance.

Quenching 1050 → 1310 → 1340

Complete the Papuanica storyline (you don't need to do anything in advance, just sail to Papuanica) and go to the Chaos Halls of Papuanica "Stardust" for stage 1 (available from 1050gsa). Knock out all the Stardust Equipment pieces from there. On T3, the Halls of Chaos are endless and you can go there as many times as you want.

Transfer level 15 tempering from Blacksmith to Stardust Equipment and get a level 3 temper - that's 1310gs.

Further, up to level 6 (1325gs), hardening occurs with a 100% chance and gold is not required, but after that, the chance decreases and gold is required.

Since flasks are no longer used for T3 equipment with a 100% chance, you can change the equipment to whatever you want.

For South Bern, you need to have 1340gs - this is level 9 of hardening, so you will have to harden with a chance. The chance of successful hardening at level 7 is 60%, at 8 - 45% and at 9 - 30%.
