Like any MOBA, Pokémon Unite is also a video game in which teamwork is the key to success . For this it is essential to find the right companions, exploit the synergies between the different types of Pokémon and cover the weaknesses of your team. A team made up of all Supporters will never be able to resist opposing attacks, and the same would happen with a team of only Attackers .

Each Pokémon Unite creature has its own style of play , and it's not easy to choose the one that best suits your gameplay needs. Add to this that some monsters can only be obtained by purchasing their License with one of the in-game currencies, so the choice is even more complicated. This guide is aimed at presenting you the complete list of choices and possible purchases so that you don't have to spend Aeos Coin and Aeos Gem empty.

LEGEND

Before starting to list the Pokémon, to facilitate reading and make it smoother, we have highlighted their role in combat with different colors , so you can immediately identify the creature you need.

• All-Rounder : Pokémon that have Offense and balanced Endurance and are very tough fighters.
• Attacker : Pokémon that have low Endurance but excel at dealing large ranged damage to enemies.
• Defender : Pokémon that have high Endurance and excel at protecting allies and hindering enemies.
• Speedster : Pokémon that have high Mobility and Offense and excel at making fast attacks and scoring points.
• Supporter : Pokémon that offer team support by inflicting status conditions on enemies and healing allies.

THE STARTERS

In Pokémon Unite, after the initial tutorial that teaches the basics of combat, the player can choose a Pokémon to unlock for free right away . This Pokémon is called a " starter ", which is the first creature you can use in a match. The game provides its License for free so that you can use it in every gameplay mode. The decision does not affect any other aspect of the game, but the other Pokémon excluded from the choice will be obtainable only through the purchase of their License.
