Diablo 2: Resurrected offers 7 classes with countless ways to skill them. So that you don't lose the overview, We briefly introduces you to 2 strong builds for the sorceress here in the guide.
What kind of builds are these? The sorceress is one of the most popular classes in Diablo 2 and is characterized by her diverse, magical abilities. It is known for its great damage potential and its ability to control opponents.
We presents you here 2 builds with which you ideally play the sorceress: Blizzard and Blitz. Both are great for farming, and they have their own advantages and disadvantages:
For beginners and co-op gameplay, the Blizzard build is better
For the absolute end game, the Blitz build is stronger
In the individual sections we show you the advantages and disadvantages of the individual builds and explain which skills you need and how you can best distribute the attributes. There are also tips for your equipment, play style and a gameplay video.
Blizzard Sorceress - The perfect build for co-op
Pro
does not require expensive gear
strong control through frost effects
can graze most farm spots well
ideal for preparing other builds if necessary
Con
less mobile, the most important skill is stationary
virtually no chance against opponents with cold immunity
ideally needs a team
You need these skills:
Warmth (fire) - 1 point
Static field (lightning) - 1 point
Telekinesis (lightning) - 1 point
Teleport (Blitz) – 1 Punkt
Ice armor - 1 point
Frostnova - 1 point
Eisblitz - 20 points
Ice rush - 20 points
Blizzard - 20 points
Glacier needle - 20 points
Cold Mastery - Sufficient points to bring enemy resistance to -100%
Sphere of Frost - All remaining points
Skill warmth and ice armor early as these will help you with the leveling process. You do damage at the first levels, especially with Eisblitz, which is why points should also be invested here early. Telekinesis and teleport are useful tools to explore. However, you will only need Blizzard itself later.
This is how you set the attribute points:
Strength - Enough to wear appropriate equipment
Dexterity - Enough to have 75% chance to block (only with shield and only hardcore)
Vitality - You put all remaining points in vitality
Focus - no points
Which items are important? For the Blizzard Sorceress, you should as many "+ Skill" items own and wear as possible - especially those that give a bonus to cold skills. Otherwise you are quite free in the choice of your items. However, pay particular attention to the following properties:
+Skill
higher cast rate
Resistance and recovery after a hit
higher chance of magical items
The Tal Rasha set is a popular choice for most sorceress builds and is also great for the Blizzard sorceress. Especially if you want to play other builds like Blitz later on, you are ideally prepared.
The rune word “insight” (weapon) is useful for your mercenary. This grants an aura for mana regeneration and increases the probability of finding magical objects.
A companion from Act 2 with defensive or offensive skills is best suited as a mercenary.
How do I play the build? When leveling, you mainly play with Eisblitz and a glacier needle. With Eisblitz you cause a lot of damage and can freeze enemies for a long time, but the skill flies quite slowly. Glacier needle reliably hits multiple targets, but freezes them for a shorter time.
Once you start farming, your main damage will come from Blizzard. Set the ability on as many opponents as possible and let them stay in the area as long as possible. To do this, pull them behind you ("kite") and use teleport if necessary.

Lightning Sorceress - The build for maximum damage
Pro
with the highest damage output in the game
very mobile
can farm almost anywhere with the right setup
easy to play
Con
Only intended for the end game, a lot of farm necessary for the gear
little variety, can quickly become monotonous
You need these skills:
Ice armor (cold) - 1 point
Warmth (fire) - 1 point
Comboblitz - 20 points
Nova - 20 points
Lightning strike - 20 points
Chain lightning - 20 points
Lightning mastery - 20 points
Static field - 1 point
Telekinese - 1 Point
Teleport – 1 Punkt
At the beginning the points in the ice armor and warmth are important. These help you enormously while leveling through the protection and regeneration that they offer. You should also learn teleport and telekinesis as early as possible. Otherwise, your most important spell early in the game is lightning.
These attributes are important:

Dexterity - Enough to have 75% chance to block (only with shield and only hardcore)
Vitality - You put all remaining points in vitality
Focus - no points

However, the rune word "infinity" (weapon) is particularly important for your mercenary. This also gives your companion some lightning skills and also provides a higher chance of magical items.
A companion from Act 2 with defensive skills is best suited as a mercenary.
How do I play the build? Your main spells will be lightning bolt and chain lightning. Lightning strikes only a single target or targets in a row, but deals more damage. Chain lightning hits multiple targets one after the other, but costs significantly more mana.
Teleport allows you to move quickly across the maps and look for groups of monsters. You then do this with your Blitz skills or let your mercenary do the work - for example if the resistances are too high.

Since the sorceress can be used in a variety of ways, the builds give you a lot of freedom to adapt your play style with certain items. Just remember to equip your mercenary well - it will help you enormously, especially in solo play.
