An event is currently running again in the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online , in which you will receive a bonus on the experience you have received. We at my MMO show you the best ways to get as many experience points as possible in a short time.
Which event is currently taking place? The scary witch festival fits Halloween and autumn.
 |
Eerily beautiful equipment and glowing souvenirs await you at the Witches Festival. |
So you get your overall experience boost
You can increase this to an experience bonus of up to 346%. The trick is to combine multiple experience bonuses. But that only works in certain combinations. Not everything can be combined in ESO.
1. Get the 100% Event EP Buff
Each event with an experience bonus has its own tool (formerly: souvenirs). You can find the tools in your inventory (I) under quick access. You equip this in your quick access and use it.
Here is a list of the EP events and the appropriate tool:
- Festival of Fools 🠒 Fool's Pie
- ESO anniversary party 🠒 anniversary cake
- Witches Festival 🠒 Whistle of the witch mother
- New Year Festival 🠒 Breda's bottomless mead jug
How do I get the tool? If you don't already have it, you have to complete the appropriate event quest first. You can find these during the respective event in the crown shop (,) either directly in the showcase or events 🠒 quests. The quest is also free.
The Current Event Quest is “The Witch Mother's Barter”.
2.Uses a scroll or a potion (up to 150%)
2. The nice thing about events with an experience bonus is that you can still increase the associated experience bonus. To do this, you only have to combine one (important: really only 1!) Of the following items with the event buff:
- Crown Scroll of Learning (30% experience for 2 hours)
- Gold Coast Scroll of Learning
- Magnificent Gold Coast Scroll of Learning (150% experience for 1 hour)
- Psijic Ambrosia (50% experience for 30 minutes)
- Essential Ambrosia (100% experience for 30 minutes)
- Mystical Ethereal Ambrosia (150% experience for 30 minutes)
3. Wear the right equipment for up to 77% additional experience
Make armor with the property of teaching. However, this experience bonus is limited to killing enemies. Depending on the quality, the bonus varies by a few percent:
- Normal (white): 7 x 7% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 49%
- Exquisite (green): 7 x 8% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 56%
- Superior (blue): 7 x 9% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 63%
- Epic (purple): 7 x 10% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 70%
- Legendary (gold): 7 x 11% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 77%
4. Carry the correct weapon (s) for up to 9% additional experience
Your weapons can also have the property of teaching. The individual percentages vary depending on the type of weapon. In total, however, you get the same percentage of experience bonus with two one-handed weapons as well as with a two-handed weapon or staff.
But keep in mind that only your active action bar (skill bar) is important.
As with equipment, the experience bonus is limited to killing enemies. It also depends on the quality of your weapon. This is how it looks for the two-handed swords and staffs:
- Normal (white): 5% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 5%
- Exquisite (green): 6% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 6%
- Superior (blue): 7% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 7%
- Epic (purple): 8% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 8%
- Legendary (gold): 9% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 9%
For the one-handed weapons you get half the experience. However, you can also equip 2 of them. This then results in the following percentages for the respective quality:
- Normal (white): 2 x 2.5% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 5%
- Exquisite (green): 2 x 3% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 6%
- Superior (blue): 2 x 3.5% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 7%
- Epic (purple): 2 x 4% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 8%
- Legendary (gold): 2 x 4.5% experience gained from killed enemies 🠒 9%
If, on the other hand, you need another property on one of your weapons, then you can of course always combine the property teaching. For example a dagger in teaching and another in strengthened if you need more self-healing through the vigor.
5. Marries another player
With Mara's Oaths, you and your spouse will get 10% more experience when you're out and about together. The item is available in the crown shop for 1,000 crowns. But you still have to marry the other player.
 |
With the help of Mara you can get an experience bonus. |
How do you get married in ESO? After a player has purchased the item “Mara's Oaths” in the crown shop, you have to visit a shrine of Mara. You can find this in the capital of the 3 alliances: Mourning Festival (Deshaan), Wegesruh (Sturmhafen), Eldenwurz (Grahtwald).
Invite your fiancé or fiancé to a group. Use the item via the quick access in front of the Maras shrine. At a successful wedding, a glowing animation awaits you and at the end you get a ring each: Mara's vows.
Level up quickly below level 50
Below level 50, you are unfortunately still missing a few of the options that you have with a level 50 character. But there are also good opportunities to quickly gain experience for smaller characters. The following activities are worthwhile:
- the daily random dungeon (groups & activity search; P)
- every further dungeon including quest
- Grinden an Grinding Spots
What does grind mean? Pull enemies together and kill them with AOE skills to gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time.
Ideally, you shouldn't grind alone : You get the most experience in a group of 2 people. An experienced player is always best, but in principle it is also possible with other players. You have to test your limits a little and see how many opponents you can defeat at once.
Here are some more grinding spots for you:
- Magic Scar (Shrine of the Magic Scar, north of the capital Belkarth in Kargstein)
- Catacombs of Heaven's Grip (group dungeon, west of Wayshrine in Kargstein)
Level up quickly above level 50 (champion points)
Above level 50 there is another way to gain a lot of experience: the master writings.
How do I get masterpieces? As soon as you reach level 50 in one of the crafts, you can receive a master's writing from the daily crafting quests.
There is a relatively large amount of experience points for master writing. It is therefore worth keeping the master writings until an event where there is an experience bonus. Until then, you can take care of any missing crafting styles, properties or materials.
In this way you will have a lot of experience with the craft
Step 1: Collect all your master writings on one of your characters. Of course, this character must know as many styles as possible and have the necessary skills for property and level. Make sure there is enough inventory space for the items to be produced.
Step 2: Visit a home that includes all the set tables. If you don't know anyone with a home like this, just ask in the zone chat and in the community. The players are usually very helpful in ESO. In case you really can't find or know a player, then you have to visit the craft shops in the open world.
A precise description of how you can easily find it is under point 2 in the Guide ESO: Guide to Transformation and Reconstruction - This is how you get the equipment you want .
Step 3: Make all of the master writings you own. If you have a lot of gold and the gold is loosely in your hand, you can also make the jewelry notes. But let me tell you that this is significantly more expensive than the rest of the writings. The materials for jewelry are relatively expensive.
There is a practical add-on for PC gamers:
With a click in the box on the right, you activate the automatic production at the appropriate craft bench. If you have the finished item, the associated master's writing (recommended unread) will be marked in your inventory. You can now select him without hesitation and submit the quest.
Step 4: Travel to the quest giver. You will find the NPC Rolis Hlaalu in the capitals of the 3 alliances (Mournhold, Wayrest, Eldenroot) at the place where you usually hand in your handicraft Daylies.
Step 5: Now activate all of your XP buffs:
- The event tool
- Scroll or potion
- Ring from Mara (if you have a group with your spouse in ESO)
Step 6: Now you accept all completed writings one after the other and hand in the quest.
Last step: watch the experience points roll around!
