The Attack Teacher and Attack Reminder are useful NPCs in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. With their help, your Pokémon can relearn powerful new attacks or already known attacks. Attack teacher for Draco Meteor
Unfortunately, there are only two attack teachers in Diamant and Perle. The first attack teacher is on Route 210 you can teach you the powerful dragon attack "Draco Meteor" (130 strength / 90 accuracy). You best fly to Elyses and walk east to Route 210. After a wooden bridge with an ace trainer you have to use the VM Kraxler to reach the house of the attack teacher Grandma Ma. You therefore need at least the 7th order to get there. Grandma Ma can only teach your Dragon Pokémon Draco Meteor.

Attack teacher for starter developments
Once you have the Nationaldex , you can explore the areas around the combat area. Find Route 228 north of the recreation area . Fight your way through the sandstorm until you reach a house.
