The Lucky Egg is a very useful item in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. If the lucky egg is carried by a pocket monster, the experience points for this Pokémon are doubled after a fight. Find the lucky egg underground
The easiest way to get a lucky egg is to pick up a certain item underground . To do this, you have to be relatively far in the story, as the lucky egg is located in the northern part of the cave network. So fly to Blizzach and go underground there. Then run into the "icicle grotto" shelter in the north-west of the underground . In the middle of the shelter you will finally find the Poké Ball with the lucky egg.

Get lucky egg from Chansey
With a lot of luck you can farm lucky eggs for your whole team much earlier. A wild chaneira carries a lucky egg with a probability of 5%. You can find Chaneira in the grass on Route 209 (east of Herzhofen) . However, the chance is also only 5%, which makes Chansey a rare encounter. It is therefore unlikely that you will catch a chaneira bearing a lucky egg. With luck or patience it is of course possible. Getting one or more lucky eggs this early would definitely help a lot when leveling.

Exchange lucky egg for GP
After completing the Pokémon League, you can put your skills to the test in the duel tower in the combat area. You collect profit points (GP), which you can exchange for various items in the exchange corner. This includes a lucky egg that costs 77 GP . Since it is quite expensive, we would rather advise against it, as there are the above-mentioned locations as an alternative.
So you can level up quickly
If you have one or more Lucky Eggs, you have to give them to the Pokémon that you want to train to carry. The strongest opponents who provide the most experience points can be found in the Pokémon League. But this may not be the most relaxed way to level up.
Otherwise, you should fall back on the combat investigator, with whom you can challenge coaches in the game world again and again. It is known among Pokémon fans that Chansey and Heitara bring in an absurd amount of experience points. There are two coaches on Victory Street who have a Heitra. Unfortunately, they are not suitable for training, as the combat investigator cannot be used in caves .
So there is only one trainer left with a chaneira. Ace Trainer Agatha can be found on Route 228 . It stands south of the passage to Route 226. In addition to a chaneira, it also sends an ambidiffel and a gallopa into battle, which also provide good experience points. Agatha is therefore the best opponent you can challenge to train with the investigator. Note, however, that Agatha does not react to the investigator every time and you have to charge the investigator after each attempt by running 100 steps.
