Due to the numerous developments, Eevee is one of the most sought-after monsters and luckily you can also get it in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. However, it will take a long time before Eevee can find its way into your Poké Ball. We explain why this is so in our guide.
Get Eevee for free
There are two ways to get Eevee. For both, however, you must first have the National Pokédex . You will receive this when you have collected all entries in the Sinnoh-Dex.
The first method is very simple, because you get Eevee as a gift. To do this, you have to visit Lana in Herzhofen. She is working on the Pokémon storage system and gave you the mobile Pokémon boxes at the beginning of your adventure. Lana's house is to the right of the Pokémon Center in Herzhofen . If you own the National Pokédex and talk to it, you will receive an Eevee from it.
You can hardly miss Lana's house. It's right next to the Pokémon Center in Herzhofen. |
Catch Eevee in the ornamental garden
As a wild Pokémon you can find Eevee in the ornamental garden, which can be quite time-consuming. You can reach the ornamental garden via the Pokémon Landhaus, which is on Route 212 south of Herzhofen . When you enter the country house, you will reach the ornamental garden through the back exit. In the grass of the garden there are Pokémon that always appear (e.g. Pikachu) and special Pokémon that only appear on certain days. As already mentioned, the prerequisite for this is that you have the National Pokédex.
Eevee is one of these "Pokémon of the Day". You will find Mr. Reichedel’s office in the east wing of the country house. If you talk to him, you will find out from him which rare Pokémon can be found in his garden that day . If he mentions Eevee, you will have to fight random battles until it appears. The probability for this is 5%. If Eevee is not the daily Pokémon, you have to try again the next day.
You can find out from Herr Reichedel whether you can find an Eevee in his ornamental garden. |
