What is Apocalypse Gear in Outriders: Worldslayer?

The Apocalypse tier is a type of upgrade of Epic and Legendary weapons and gear. They have a third mod slot as their only loot type. You cannot change the mod it contains. If you disassemble the item, you release them like all other mods and can use them elsewhere. You have to earn apocalypse gear in the game world. If you want to improve Apocalypse items, you need the new resource “Anomaly Extract”. There are several ways to get the coveted resource:

• Dismantle Apocalypse Items: If you dismantle equipment and weapons of the Apocalypse rating, you will receive Anomaly Extract. Before you disassemble these items, you should think carefully about whether you really no longer need the rare apocalypse items. Once processed, they are gone forever. If you have duplicates, be sure to disassemble them.
• Defeating Elite Enemies and Bosses: Elite enemies and bosses in Outriders: Worldslayer often drop Anomaly Extract. So look for strong enemies to secure more of the valuable resource.

Once you have arrived at the Tarya Gratar, there are branches off the main path on the world map. These trials pit you against hordes of beasts and elite opponents in arenas. Here you can farm a lot of anomaly extract. If you play a high Apocalypse level, more drops.

However, a lap in the Trials takes at least thirty minutes - if you're quick. Once you have entered the ruins, you can not adjust the Apocalypse level for the current run. So you have to decide beforehand.

From the base in Traya Gratar you also have access to the well-known expeditions that were already important for farming Titan in Outriders. With a high Apocalypse level, you can get Anomaly Extract even faster there than in Tarya Gratar.

Fight your way through Tarya Gratar and defeat the first two bosses “Mediator of the Worthy” and “Okriel the Traitor” in one go. After defeating the final boss, Mediator of Descent, you may choose one of three possible Apocalypse rewards. Once you have made your choice, immediately go to the game menu and select "Return to Lobby". Important: You must have attempts left.

Select "Continue Game" in the lobby and you will start again at the final boss's arena. Now you can immediately relieve the boss again of the equipment drops, anomaly extract, and the subsequent apocalypse reward. The loot collected and all experience points from the previous round are also retained.

This trick only costs you one of your tries. So the more you have left before the fight, the more times you can repeat the farming trick. This will save you a few passes in Traya Gratar and get the valuable apocalypse items faster.
