So that you can always find a match with enough opponents in Rumbleverse, the game offers optional crossplay. This allows players on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox to all play together. We'll show you how to enable this option.
Does Rumbleverse support crossplay?
Yes, the game offers the option to enable cross-play. The platforms PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S are supported. However, you are not forced to do so and can also deactivate the crossplay function if necessary.
Enable crossplay in Rumbleverse
After installing the game, crossplay in Rumbleverse should be enabled by default. However, to be on the safe side, you can check this option in the game menu.
To do this, open the menu and navigate to the Account tab. There you will find the Crossplay option and you can switch between On and Off. If you decide to deactivate the feature, you may have to expect longer waiting times for matchmaking.
On the other hand, disabling the crossplay feature can help you if you value equal opportunities. For example, PC gamers can enjoy the game with a mouse and keyboard as well as optionally with a controller. On the other hand, if you play on the PlayStation or Xbox, you are only dependent on the controller under normal conditions.
Since Rumbleverse isn't a shooter, we don't think there's any obvious benefit to playing the game with a mouse and keyboard. For this reason, we recommend that you activate crossplay in any case.
