In the farm simulator developed by Eric Barone in 2016, trees are one of the raw materials that provide base material in the development of the video game. There is a great variety and they are distributed in Fruit, common and special categories; each one can be planted under specific conditions and are subjected to different growth phases in order to obtain resources with different purposes and advantages. Below we explain more details about the trees in Stardew Valley.
Characteristics of special trees
There are many types of trees available in Stardew Valley, they provide everything from basic resources with multiple uses; such as Sabia and Madera; to unique properties that can only be achieved in special trees, of which there are only two in the entire valley.
They are rare and have different characteristics from the rest, one of them is the Mushroom Tree, which is very strange and unusual. It cannot be planted, it is generated randomly and with a probability of 5%, during an event in Autumn, where it will start to grow in the next spring.
By placing a Resinera on it, it could also produce Common, Lilac, and Red Mushrooms; this depending on the type and season where the first production was obtained. This type of tree does not produce its own seeds, but it can spread seeds of other types in the surrounding area, it should be noted that its shoots do not grow during the winter.
Finally, Palms are the second in this class of special trees, they can only be found in the Desert and cannot be planted elsewhere. They can give a Coconut after being felled, but they do not drop any seeds either and unlike the Mushroom, this one does not allow you to equip the Resineras.
Lastly, keep in mind that trees are essential for various benefits within your farm.
