Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Change clothes, wash and unlock outfits - Game guide

Change clothes and accessories

In Xenoblade Chronicles 3, there is a clothing menu that you unlock after certain progress. This happens when you complete the heroic mission “Courage and Gratitude” in Chapter 3. You have to do this within the main story, so sooner or later you will automatically unlock the menu.

When you're ready, you can now find the "Clothing" submenu under "Characters" in the main menu. Here you can change your clothes, which your characters will always wear regardless of their class. As soon as you unlock accessories, you can also call up the accessories menu here with the Y button. Accessories include the Monado.

Unlock new outfits

By default, your characters will automatically change their attire when you change classes. If you want to use certain outfits, as described above, regardless of class, you must unlock the outfits. This happens when you level up the class and reach Rank 10. If you're too impatient, you can use Nopon Coins to go straight up a few ranks.

wash clothes

You may have noticed that your characters and their clothes get dirty as the adventure progresses. If you want them to shine like new again, you have to wash the clothes. To do this, you must visit an unlocked camp where you have the option to "wash clothes".
