This means that the game will not become free-to-play when Early Access ends on December 5 . However, the developers specify in the announcement article for the official release of Disney Dreamlight Valley that free content updates that add new characters, kingdoms, clothing, and furniture as well as other surprises in your valley will continue. Obviously, content that is already paid for will remain optional, as has been the case from the beginning.
