In the M+ build you must make sure to keep your three dots: Stellar Flare, Lunar Flare, and Solar Flare on your targets to gain maximum DPS with the Dying Twilight talent. Note that Orbital Strike allows you to apply Star Flare on targets hit. You will use your astral power with the Meteors technique.

The build is generally similar. You really have an option here with a little more AoE by taking Fury of Elune.

Balance Druid Rotation on World of Warcraft: Dragonflight 10.2

Depending on whether you are using the Mythic Plus build or the raid build, the rotation and priorities are significantly different.

Single target:

  • Apply Lunar Radiance and Solar Radiance
  • Apply Stellar Flare
  • Stay in Eclipse as often as possible. The Solar Eclipse being the best single-targeted
  • Avoid capping Astral Power and use it on Star Flare
  • Use  Elune's Fury
  • Use Summon Spirits as often as possible, and if possible in Celestial Alignment
  • Use your spinning spells, like Anger to generate astral power

Multitarget:

  • Apply Lunar Radiance and Solar Radiance  and make sure they are active at all times
  • Switch to Eclipse as soon as possible or use Celestial Alignment.
  • Meteors until you are at 0 astral power.
  • Star Flare on targets that will live longer than 8 seconds and the group of enemies you are facing lasts longer than 30 seconds. Finally, you must not be overcap in astral power. Note that Orbital Strike allows you to apply Star Flare on your targets.
