In Lethal Company, as well as, for example, in Escape from Tarkov, there is no training at all. Therefore, at first, many players encounter difficulties during the gameplay. For example, when exploring an object, you will come across locked doors that can only be opened through the terminal on the ship. Today we will tell you how to do this.

Lethal Company invites players to become part of a squad engaged in resource extraction on desert satellites after the apocalypse. In this co-op horror game, you and your team explore dangerous territories where your every move can have serious consequences, including the loss of allies.

How to open doors through a terminal on a ship

Lethal Company encourages teamwork, and in some cases, it is simply impossible to do without. To simply open a locked door at a facility through a terminal, you will need a partner who is on the ship at that moment.

Once both players are in place, the user on the transport vehicle must interact with the terminal ("E" key on the keyboard), and then perform a series of actions:

1. Click Other.
2. Enter the View Monitor or View Radar command.
3. Now select "Switch".
4. Enter the username of the player who is at the door you want to open.
5. As a result, certain symbols will appear on the terminal screen.

Now the player at the terminal must enter the same characters in the input line. Let's say if A6 appears on the screen, enter "A6" in the input line and press Enter. When you complete the lock switching setup, the locked door will be open and the message “Special code being transmitted” will appear on the terminal screen.

The same combination can be used to close a door, for example, if you suddenly encounter a hostile creature there. This way, they won't be able to reach the researchers inside the building.
