When you unlock the Enchanted Beach south of the Meadow, you can go to the Cursed Cave, located to the left of the Enchanted Beach. Then take the stairs down until you see a boat wreck. Now head to the pond near Goofy's house. You will then find a passage on the left which will take you to the beach.

You will then find Ursula's cursed cave at the far left of the beach. All you have to do is talk to Ursula to get a crystal key to place in a device near the entrance to the cave. Just in front of the teleportation shaft, near the Orb Pillar. All you have to do is insert the key into the stone stele to open the cave.

How to get to the end of the secret cave in the quest With Great Powers on Disney Dreamlight Valley?

The cave will challenge you through 3 different puzzles, the first is a locked door in front of which there are 3 statues. Here's what you need to do: 

• Place a green gem (Peridot) in the statue on the left.
• Place a blue gem (Aquamarine) in the middle statue.
• Place a red gem (Garnet) in the statue on the right.

The second door works with the same system. Here's how to open it: 

• Place a carrot seed in the statue on the left.
• Place a tomato seed in the middle statue.
• Place a wheat seed in the statue on the right.

Then water them to make them grow. All three must be out of the ground for the door to open.

The third door opens simply by cooking 1 Wheat, 1 Tomato, and 1 carrot which will unlock vegetarian pasta. Eat the dish to complete the quest. Now that the end of the cave is finally available, you can take out your best fishing rod and collect the orb that is in the water. Come out of the cave, place the orb in the pillar, and voila! You can now install Ursula's house.
