Electro-Lip Gloss is a solid Grade A choice for Rina, as her Attribute Mastery and Attribute Anomaly bonuses allow her to deal more electrical damage and shock her enemies more frequently, leaving them vulnerable.
The Demara Battery Mark II is another good Category A option, as it boosts both its attack and electric damage, while also allowing it to gain additional energy when its dodge counter hits an enemy, which means you can deal powerful attacks more frequently.
As for Category B options, you can go for a simple damage increase with the [Reverb] Mark III, or choose a more elemental damage-focused option like [Magnetic Storm] Alpha, [Magnetic Storm] Charlie, or [Magnetic Storm] Bravo, which boost its damage or anomaly build in different ways.
Rina's skills on Zenless Zone Zero
Basic attacks:
- Hit the idiot:
- Commands Drusilla to attack up to four times, dealing physical and electrical damage.
- Performing other actions during Drusilla's attacks does not interrupt Rina's combo meter.
- Drive out the fool:
- Hold the attack or skill button to summon Drusilla and Anastella and spin them for a ranged attack, dealing electrical damage.
- Anti-interrupt level increases during this skill.
Special skills:
- Defeat the goon:
- Press the skill button to command Anastella to perform a downward strike attack, dealing electrical damage.
- Anti-interrupt level increases during this skill.
- Goon's Magic Trick (EX Special Skill):
- When Rina has enough energy, press the skill button to command Anastasia to perform multiple downward strike attacks, dealing massive electrical damage.
- Rina is invulnerable during this skill, and her anti-interrupt level increases.
Dodges:
- Dress fit:
- Performs a quick dodge, during which Rina is invulnerable.
- Hem of the dress in motion:
- Move during a dodge to accelerate, moving forward quickly.
- Sudden Surprise (Dodge Attack):
- Press the attack button while dodging to command Drusilla and Anastella to perform a penetrating attack, dealing physical damage.
- Bangboo Reminder (Against dodging):
- Press the attack button during a perfect dodge to command Drusilla and Anastella to spin forward, fly away, and unleash an explosion, dealing electrical damage.

Chain attacks:
- Code of Conduct :
- When a chain attack is triggered, switch to Rina to order Drusilla and Anastella to continue moving forward and generate a spherical electric field, dealing huge electric damage.

- The Lady in Waiting (Ultimate):
- When the decibel level is at maximum, press the ultimate button while Rina is on the field to send Drusilla and Anastella spinning forward, knocking back enemies and dealing massive electrical damage.
- The accumulation of anomalies inflicted on the affected target increases by 10%.
- Rina is invulnerable during this skill.
Basic skills :
- Mini Destruction Partner (Base Passive):
- After ordering Drusilla to attack, the squad's penetration ratio increases by 4.8%. After ordering Anastella to attack, the squad's electric damage increases by 4.8%, and if there are shocked enemies in combat, this effect increases by 8.4%.
- The effect ends when Drusilla/Anastella returns to Rina.
- Banquet of Perfection (Additional Skill):
- When there are two or more Electric Agents in your squad, after hitting an enemy with an EX special attack or chain attack, the shock damage taken by the enemy increases by 22.5%.

- When an enemy is about to attack the character in combat, switch to Rina to dodge the attack and trigger Vital View.

- Press the skill button after an evasive assist to send Anastella and Drusilla continuously advancing while generating an electrical vortex, dealing electrical damage.

Talents:
- Dance Duet (Talent A): After Rina sends them to launch an attack, Drusilla and Anastella stay in place for an additional 5.5 seconds before returning. The effect that Rina's base passive, Mini Destruction Partner, applies to characters within 10 meters increases by 150%.
- Master's Paragon (Talent B): Rina's attribute mastery increases by 45% when she dispatches both Drusilla and Anastella. Increases the level of all Rina skills by two.
- Companion Lady Specialty (Talent C): Increases the level of all of Rina's skills by two.
- Needle and Hammer (Talent D): When Rina's basic attack, Shoo the Fool, hits an enemy, the target's attribute anomaly resistance decreases by 20%. Rina also gains a shield equal to 10% of her max HP, lasting ten seconds. This can trigger once every fifteen seconds.
- Companion Lady Perfectionist (Talent E): Increases the level of all of Rina's skills by two.
- Stormy Night Dread (Talent F): When an EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, or Ultimate hits an enemy, the entire squad's Electric Critical Damage increases by 40% for eight seconds.
