The world of Black Myth: Wukong is full of secrets and interesting places. In this guide, we will show you where to find all six Buddha eyeballs on the Cliff of Fear and how to use them correctly.
Eye of Buddha in Black Myth: Wukong
In the second chapter of the game, six Buddha eyeballs are scattered throughout the Cliff of Dread. If you collect all of these eyeballs and place them in the heads of the corresponding statues, you will gain access to the secret boss of this location, as well as new hidden items that will be useful to you as you progress through the game.
Buddha's Eye #1
The first Buddha's Eyeball can be found on the path leading to the Squall Haven shrine on the Cliff of Dread. To obtain this important item, interact with the giant head whose eyes glow with a bright yellow fire and collect the Buddha's Eyeball.
Buddha's Eye #2
To get the second eye, get to the platforms on the right where there are ranged enemies. The Yaoguai Horse and Yaoguai Rock block your way. Climb up the wooden platforms and stairs and get the Buddha Eye here.
Buddha's Eye #3
The third eyeball can be seen from a position near the second eyeball. Look left on the road opposite and you will also see a giant head with fiery eyes there. Cross the ravine and get the third eye of Buddha.
Buddha's Eye #4
The fourth eye requires you to look at the far left of the map. You've explored the platforms on the right and the path in the middle. From where the third eye is, turn around and go left. Go left until you see the head of a Buddha statue guarded by Guai Rock.
Buddha's Eye #5
The fifth eye is hidden further into the cave with the Mother of Rocks boss. From the fourth eye, go forward and along the wall on the left until you see a path leading up. You don't have to defeat the boss to get the fifth Buddha Eyeball, as it's outside the arena, on a platform to the right.
Buddha's Eye #6
The final Buddha Eyeball is the easiest to obtain as it is located on the path leading from Rockcrest Flat Temple to the Stone Vanguard arena. Grab it and head to the Stone Vanguard arena for the final step.
How to use Buddha's Eye
The Buddha's eyeballs are actually a seal that holds the powerful Yaoguai King Shingadeng. There are two versions of the boss, a normal version and a harder version. The normal version is summoned after killing the Stone Vanguard, while the hard version will be summoned if the Stone Vanguard is still alive. Once you have all six eyes, interact with the stone to the left of the arena entrance and it will awaken the powerful boss. If you need help defeating the Stone Vanguard, Shingadeng will kill it for you. However, you will have to deal with a much more powerful Shingadeng.
That's all you need to know about the 6 Buddha's Eye locations and how to unlock the Shingadeng boss fight in Black Myth Wukong.
