How to unlock teleportation
First of all, you need to advance the story. To do this, escape from the monolith where the game begins. We recommend that you look around carefully, as already at this stage, as you progress, you will come across many chests with useful equipment and resources. Once you have done this, move to Mitsuko's house. The building will be attacked almost immediately by the Siren. Before defending yourself, inspect the room and open a few more chests. In the end, you should have enough resources to craft a crossbow. This is a weak weapon, but it is enough to defeat the Siren.
Once the fight is over, continue the story until you are given a quest to visit the monolith ruins to collect supplies. Once you meet Mary, she will give you a diagram for a weapon. Return to the base and you will be able to use fast travel.
Fast Travel Features
You will not be able to move to any point on the map. The teleport works only between special towers that still need to be activated. Movements also consume energy, which is spent more the further the distance. The exception is returning to the base. You can do this from absolutely any point on the map. It is important that fast travel has a recovery time of 10 minutes.
