How to make a compass in Minecraft?

The compass is useful when traveling, for orientation in the biome. You cannot create a map without a compass. In multiplayer, the compass points to the bed the player slept on, in single player it points to the player's first spawn point. The compass can be bought from villagers, rarely found in the chests of a sunken ship. In Ender and Hell, the compass does not work, its needle rotates randomly there.

To make a compass in Minecraft you will need: iron ingots and a redstone . These ingredients need to be placed on the workbench as shown in the picture below. To open the workbench, you need to right-click on the installed workbench.
