During the Muv-Luv October Web Event, game developer anchor shared with the public a teaser for the upcoming anime adaptation of Muv-Luv Alternative's visual novels. The company also announced that it will be a full-fledged series, not an OVA episode, and that the broadcast is scheduled to start in 2021. Below you can see the video shown.
Muv-Luv's universe of visual novels revolves around events in which planet Earth was attacked by aliens called Beta. In order to counter these aliens, huge combat humanoid robots were developed, which are controlled by ordinary people. What kind of events this anime will tell is still unknown.
