Half Life 2: Raising the Bar Redux Division 1.2 Mod Available For Download

 The Half-Life 2: Raising the Bar Redux team has released a completely new version of their mod. Half Life 2: Raising the Bar Redux is a standalone mod for HL2, meaning it only requires the Source SDK Base 2013.

In this mod, players will return to City 17, held by the iron grip of the Alliance and Consul. Players will reunite with old friends and enemies, although there are new ones as well. Moreover, this mod aims to update the combat system, in which " old arsenals are updated again, with additional features that raise the bar for gameplay ."

Version 1.2 is essentially an overhaul of this mod. According to the developers, this new version contains many new models and new particle effects for both weapons and world items. It also contains an improved set of animations for all weapons.

In addition, Half Life 2: Raising the Bar Redux Division 1.2 contains many improvements and tweaks to all existing maps. It also re-optimizes many models (eg soldier, suit) and adds LOD to some of the more intense models.
