Video games are meant to be entertaining, but sometimes they are not fun to play. Industry leaders are also aware of the challenges associated with online projects.

Many companies are trying to protect their users from incorrect and sometimes completely illegal behavior of certain individuals. As owners of four major platforms, Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo have decided to team up and take responsibility for a bright future.

The three giants plan not only to develop a set of rules and make the complaints system more convenient, but also to work closely with parents, including by providing the necessary tools to protect young gamers from bullying and other threats, as well as law enforcement agencies, notifying the competent authorities if necessary violations of the law. Will involve specialized organizations and experts in the development of toxicity control measures in the network.
