Bloodstained Ritual of the Night: How to activate the secret mode

 Did you know that there is a secret mode in Bloodstained Ritual of the Night ? Apparently it was added with the update released on January 14th, but until today nobody had discovered it, to reveal its existence was the development team.

1986 mode makes the game more classic by increasing the difficulty level. To access the mode in question you will have to activate the so-called Konami Code. In the main menu then type Above, Above, Below, Below, Left, Right, Left, Right, X button, B button . Of course, it can also be activated on other platforms, you just need to convert the keys like X to Square and B to Circle for example.

If you have entered the trick correctly you will see a message appear confirming its activation. The new mode changes Miriam's costume and eliminates the following features:

• Backward somersault
• Slip
• Jump on or outside the stairs
• The sword whips
• Get down or up while in the whip animation

If you want to face a more challenging mode, then you just have to activate the trick in question.
