What is a clubhouse? Clubhouses were first introduced in GTA Online with the Bikers update. You can build your own motorcycle club where you team up with other players to earn money. To found a motorcycle club, however, you first have to buy a clubhouse.

This is how you get to a clubhouse: You can choose the property of your choice on the Maze Bank website. 

• You can choose between two layouts, with one floor (layout 1) or with two floors (layout 2).
• The clubhouses cost between $ 200,000 and $ 500,000.
• As a newcomer, you have to save a little before you can set up a motorcycle club.

A clubhouse for your own motorcycle gang

A clubhouse brings you these advantages: If you have acquired a clubhouse, it will serve as the base of operations for you and your gang members.

There you can call up the statistics of your gang and accept various jobs. There are different versions with different interior fittings. The clubhouse includes:

• A garage for 10 of your motorcycles, your buddies have 7 parking spaces (1 per person)
• An unlockable bike shop that works like the other shops in GTA Online (Los Santos Customs) 
• A gun safe
• It can also be used as a safe house
• Adaptation of the walls (murals)
• Style, i.e. the style of your clubhouse
• Your club emblem
• A bar
• Various gimmicks (darts, jukebox, arm wrestling, ...)

As soon as you own a clubhouse, you can build your business and also buy other buildings such as hemp plantations or cocaine laboratories.

To do this, you have to hire NPCs to take over the production for you. This can be used to rake in a lot of coal. The more you produce, the higher you can set the prices.

More expensive doesn't necessarily mean bigger. Especially the clubhouses in the city are more expensive because the real estate prices are higher. Travel times are often shorter and you save a lot of time.
