- Open the settings on the iPhone .
- Go to " General "> " Info ".
- There you can see the model name and number .
- In our example it is the iPhone 6s.
- If you can't see the name of the iPhone, you can find it out using the model number.
- Some iPhones also have the model number on the back.
- Then open this Apple website to identify your iPhone using the model number.

If you have found the model number of your iPhone, you can search for it in the table below and find out your iPhone model. Simply press the key combination [ Ctrl ] + [ F ] and enter your model number. Your browser will then automatically jump to the correct line in the table.
