 A lot of players want to play Resident Evil Village - and the scammers know it! They send out fake emails inviting players to an early access beta that doesn't really exist. There are a lot of such letters, so Capcom even issued a warning message.

A letter from Capcom RP warns:

We sent this email to keep everyone safe from spamming "Early Access invitations" for Resident Evil Village. These invitations are not valid and are not from Capcom employees. This is a phishing attempt by a third party. If you received this letter, we advise you to immediately delete it.
