The authors of Necromunda: Hired Gun in the world of Warhammer 40K reveal new details

 The player will become a mercenary who fulfills contracts in different places of Necromunda.

The Necromunda: Hired Gun story- driven shooter page has appeared in the Microsoft Store . In a first-person action game, the player will become a mercenary hunting criminals and mutants. The main character will be accompanied by a mechanical dog, and the game takes place in a large city of the hive-world of the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

Necromunda: Hired Gun is developed by Streum On Studio ( Space Hulk: Deathwing ) under Focus Home Interactive. The action will be released on June 1st. The game will be available on Xbox One and Xbox Series S | X, and its price is still unknown. Perhaps, closer to the release, the authors will talk about other platforms.

Last week, the author of the Astartes animated series on the Warhammer 40K universe announced a job at Games Workshop. Shyama Pedersen will now develop new stories at Warhammer Animation. GW is currently preparing three series: The Exodite, Black Templars and Iron Warriors and Drukhari. There are also two new shows in the early stages of development.
