Talent builds for the best heroes in RAID: Shadow Legends. Arena and Dungeon Talent Tips

In Game RAID: Shadow Legends players will experience fierce battles with monsters and bosses, in which several hundred heroes take part. Each of them has its own characteristics and skills, and special talents bring additional variety to the builds. In this guide, we will tell you about their effects and tell you when and which ones are worth studying.

General information about talents

The talents in the game are divided into three main categories: attack, defense, support. Each hero can choose two branches for pumping, leaving less interesting skills intact. To gain access to the talents, you need special scrolls that can be obtained in the Labyrinth of the Minotaur. In this location you can find scrolls of varying degrees of rarity (white, green and red) and the deeper you go in the Labyrinth, the more valuable the loot you will get.

General information about talents

To unlock the very best talents, you will need to unlock all previous skills. There are a total of 66 talents in RAID: Shadow Legends, with 15 of them to choose from for each hero.

How to get scrolls

As mentioned above, scrolls for pumping talents are mined in the Lair of the Minotaur. This dungeon is open every day, but you can only go there once a day to complete two stories.

During the passage of the Labyrinth, you will meet the Minotaur, which has two active skills and one passive one:

Brutal Fury - the boss receives a bonus Enrage (the enemy deals 400% of base damage) for three turns at the beginning of the battle. When the effect wears off, the Minotaur gets Troubled (deals 200% base damage). Both effects cannot be removed from the boss by any skills.

Foulfire is an area attack that imposes the Corruption effect on the entire team (it cannot be removed or blocked) for five subsequent turns.

Tremor is an area attack that deals double damage to all player characters on which the Corruption effect is imposed.

How to get scrolls

In a team with the Minotaur, there are two ordinary opponents who do not have special skills and attack single targets in your team. To deal with this boss, you need to form a team, which will include not only damaging champions, but also defense heroes that can withstand the onslaught of the monster. Among other things, the owner of the Labyrinth is not protected from negative effects, so it is recommended to have at least one warrior in the squad capable of applying debuffs (attack with a negative effect on the target).

Now we turn to the description of talents by individual categories.

Attack talents

First row of attack talents

Going to the corresponding menu, you will see two talents. You will need to choose one of them and spend five scrolls to study.

Diamond Eye - Increases the chance to inflict critical damage on the enemy by 5%.

Blade Adept - Increases the attack of the selected champion by 75 points.

Second row of attack talents

To unlock the second tier talent, you will need to make a choice of five options, as well as spend 30 regular (white) scrolls.

A gloomy outcome - when a hero's health falls below 50%, his damage is increased by 5%.

Hard hit - the chance to inflict critical damage is increased by 10%.

Shieldbreaker - the amount of damage your hero deals to opponents armed with a shield is increased by 25%.

Blood with milk - if the hero has full health, he will deal 5% more damage.

Third row of attack talents

There are four talents to choose from, to study one of them you will need to pay 80 green scrolls.

Catch by surprise - on the first hit to an enemy, your hero will receive an 8% bonus to damage.

Sip of life - if the amount of the hero's health drops below 50%, when dealing damage, he will restore 5% of the lost health.

Deadly whirlwind - each enemy killed in battle adds 6 units of speed to the hero (maximum bonus 18 units).

Center of attention - the character will deal 8% more damage to the enemy, whose health dropped below 40%.

Fourth tier of attack talents

Here, to study the talent you like, you already need 120 green scrolls, and the choice, like last time, will be from four options.

Nose in the wind - your hero will deal 12% more damage to enemies that have the effects of "Sleep", "Fear", "True Fear", "Freeze" or "Stun".

Revenge of the Fallen - for each killed ally, your hero will receive a bonus of 5% to the damage dealt (maximum bonus 10%).

Circulation of rage - with a probability of 30%, your character can reduce the cooldown time of a random ability once per turn (the trigger condition is that damage from your skill will take more than 30% of the target's health away from the target).

Breaking Bad - if the target's maximum health is greater than that of your hero, the player's character will deal 6% more damage to the selected enemy.

Fifth tier of attack talents

To study the talent of the fifth row, prepare 300 red scrolls at once.

Fierce rebuff - for each penalty received by your character, he will inflict 4% bonus damage (maximum bonus 12%).

Fatal Courage - for each killed enemy in the Arena, the hero will receive 6% bonus damage, in other modes he will receive 3% to damage (maximum bonus 12%).

Bloody shield - for each enemy killed, the character will receive a shield (no more than once per turn) with a durability of 15% of the total health.

Methodical attack - for each use of the main skill, the hero will receive a 2% bonus to the damage dealt (maximum bonus 10%).

Tier 6 Attack Talents

Again, four talents to choose from, but now you need to prepare 350 red scrolls to learn one of them.

Thunderstorm of Giants - your character has a 30% chance to deal additional damage equal to 7.5% of health for common enemies, and 3% of supply for bosses.

Helmet Breaker - with a 50% chance, your hero will ignore 25% of the enemy's defense during an attack.

Military Master - with a 60% chance, your champion will deal bonus damage equal to 10% of the health of ordinary opponents and 4% of the boss's health.

Flawless execution - the chance to inflict critical damage is increased by 20%.

Defense talents

We now turn to the descriptions of defense talents, which are learned by heroes who focus on absorbing damage and protecting allies from attacks.

In the first row, we have only two talents, which will cost you five regular scrolls to study.

Step in spite of - the resistance of the hero increases by 10 units.

Third tier of defense talents

Prepare 80 Green Scrolls to learn one of the four talents.

Mirror reflection - each healing skill will restore the hero 6% of the maximum health.

Death Wish - for each kill of an enemy, your champion will restore 10% of his maximum health (used at most once per turn).

The art of war - after the effect of "Sleep", "Fear", "True Fear", "Freeze" or "Stun" disappears from your hero, he has a 30% chance to receive protection from negative attacks for one turn.

Tenacity - if an enemy attack takes more than 25% of your champion's health, with a 50% chance, the hero will remove a random negative effect from himself.

Fourth tier of defense talents

It will cost you 120 green scrolls to study any of the talents listed.

Unity - increases the resistance of the selected ally by 5 units.

Cruel Harvest - if your hero imposes on an enemy the effect of "Stun", "Fear", "True Fear", "Freeze" or "Sleep", there is a 60% chance that the enemy will also be affected by the "Parasite" move).

Postponement of death - each attack on the target will reduce the amount of damage it deals by 0.75% (the maximum damage reduction rate is 6% for one character).

Fifth tier of defense talents

After collecting 200 Red Scrolls, you can learn one of the talents below.

Readiness for sacrifice - the first attack on your hero deals 20% less damage.

Cold Vengeance - when receiving critical damage from an enemy, your hero has a 50% chance to refill the speed scale by 15%.

Sixth tier of defense talents

Steel skin - character's defense increases by 200 points.

To study these skills, you will need five white scrolls.

Fatal sight - the hero's accuracy parameter is increased by 10 units.

Quick Reaction - After removing the negative effect imposed by your hero, there is a 30% chance that your champion will restore 10% of the turn meter.

Fourth tier of support talents

Similar to the previous trees, these talents will also cost 120 green scrolls each.
