Talents are not a prerequisite for all trophies and successes in FIFA 22, but they will bring you a lot further in career mode so that you can form a future-oriented team. As in real football, it is important that you build consistency in your success and bring home the titles over several years. It is therefore particularly important that you sign up young players and train them.

By the way, don't let the club name Piemonte Calcio confuse you in the overview, FIFA 22 still has no license for Juventus Turin, that's why the club is called that.

The best & cheapest talents in career mode

Talents must be young and have high growth potential. For this reason we show you all talents up to the age of 23 years. 

As in real life, however, such players are not always cheap these days. Either because very young players were able to assert themselves as regular players or the clubs are aware of their player's potential. Nowadays, young athletes are celebrating their professional debut earlier and earlier.

You should make use of the training mode, especially in career mode. Here you can promote them particularly well and exploit their full growth potential. Remember, however, that not all talents can reach their full potential. The player ratings are based on the launch ratings of the players. 

The top 10 goalkeeping talents

Since several years as a professional goalkeeper with a 89-vote, is Gianluigi Donnarumma from Paris Saint-Germain remains number 1 of the goalkeeper. He is still very young and has the greatest potential of any goalkeeper. However, its market value is also crica 120 million euros.

By the Alex Meret from SSC Napoli way, is not included because he is 24 years old. However, for a market value of 30 million euros, he has high potential for promotion. His 79 rating can go up to 86.
