In Far Cry 6, you can send your followers on missions. These allies are called Los Bandidos and there are eight in total. In this guide, we will tell you where to find them and how they differ. 

Who are the Bandido leaders. What are they needed for

Bandido leaders are your loyal allies who can be sent to carry out special operations on their own. The more leaders you have, the more missions you can complete at the same time. This is a kind of passive mini-game, somewhat reminiscent of the leadership of the Assassin Brotherhood from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood .

Each task will require several hours of real time, but you will receive valuable resources, pesos, and weapons as a reward, which is especially important at the beginning of the game. Bandido operations can be started at each of the three main camps (Madrugada, Velle De Oro, El Este).

You cannot pump leaders, each of them will have two unique skills from the very beginning. You will have to choose which followers to send to the available operations - the more their skills fit, the higher the chances of success.
