It is becoming quite common for Sony to sneak Easter Eggs from other franchises into their video games, having in Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut its greatest exponent in terms of Easter Eggs, when it comes to sneaking armor from four of the most important sagas from PlayStation Studios.
Logically, the Horizon Forbidden West venue is no exception either, although the wink, in this case, remains a mere aesthetic change for Aloy. Specifically, in the iconic mark of Kratos that he has always accompanied him in God of War. And we are going to tell you the steps to unlock this Warmark.
Where are the three war totems located?
In order for Aloy to feel "a little" like Kratos with that mark, she'll need to find three different war totems. One in the shape of the aforementioned Kratos, another with his son Atreus, and the last one that represents his bond. You can easily find Kratos's in the initial region, in the middle of the great snowy mountain.
There you will see a hut with the aforementioned Kratos totem. He has no loss.
For the second you must travel to the westernmost island on the map.
On the side of the road, you will see a ruined building, watching as Atreus's totem is highlighted several meters away, long before Aloy can grab it.
Finally, the last totem takes us to a more advanced area in the eastern part of the map, right at the foot of a huge lake. You will see it in one of the small nooks and crannies that are above ground, very visible. When you take it you will have completed the hidden challenge in homage to God of War and you will only need any tattoo artist to paint you that cool and intimidating mark of war.
