Lost Ark is currently experiencing download issues on Steam! We explain to you where the problem comes from, and what you can do.
If you have purchased one of the various Lost Ark Founder's Packs, you are one of the players who can access the game's early access! It started this Tuesday, February 8, 2022., and will end at the same time on Friday, February 11, 2022.
For three days, all players who have purchased one of these packs will therefore be able to discover the game before its release. Unfortunately, problems are already encountered at the level of Steam! This is because many gamers are having issues while downloading the game.
Where do the Lost Ark download problems come from on Steam?
If you are attempting to join Lost Ark Early Access after purchasing one of the Founder's Packs on Steam, you may currently be experiencing issues downloading the game. Indeed, problems are encountered on the platform by many players.
The Lost Ark team communicated about this, explaining that Steam is aware of the issue and is currently working to resolve it. When Lost Ark has any news on this, the Twitter account will communicate again to explain the status of the problems encountered on Steam.

Steam is aware of it and is actively looking into the issue and we will update players as soon as we have additional information.
In the meantime, the only thing to do is to wait! You will not be able to do anything by yourself against these download problems, which come directly from Steam.
