Some Steam users are unable to download the Lost Ark game and cannot take advantage of the early access promised with the Founders Packs. The problem does not come from the Lost Ark servers but from Steam, which cannot manage the excessive download demand. Players constantly receive the following message: "Connection timed out".

Steam is aware of it and is actively looking into the issue and we will update players as soon as we have additional information.
When launching the game, users had to unzip the game files, but with the number of simultaneous requests, it is impossible to download the game files.
The developers are aware and will certainly fix the problem in the next few hours. For now, there is no other solution than to be patient.
