Kirby and the Forgotten Land: Get Star Coins Fast and Easy

These are the best methods that you can put into practice to farm star coins quickly in Kirby and the forgotten land. Get a lot of money in a short time!

Star Coins function as the main currency in Kirby and the Forgotten Land so accumulating them in large amounts is always beneficial to the player. However, you may not have enough to make all the purchases you would like. Don't worry, in this post of our complete guide we are going to show you the best methods to get star coins as quickly and easily as possible.

If you want to farm a lot of star coins keep in mind the following tips:

Play on the Wild difficulty

If you choose the "Wild" difficulty mode, you will earn much more star coins throughout the game, as there will be different occasions when you can receive a bonus of extra coins for your efforts.

  • For example, you will receive additional star coins by completing stages on this difficulty.
  • In the treasure routes, you will also receive extra coins for playing Wild.

The quest is a bit more challenging and dangerous on this difficulty, but it's worth trying to get more coins quickly. If at any time things get difficult for you, you can access the pause menu and change the difficulty level right away.

Redeem all gift codes and use amiibos

In case you didn't know, Kirby and the Forgotten Land has a few gift codes that players can redeem very easily for useful rewards. The vast majority of these codes award 150, 300, or even more Star Coins absolutely free right away (see our entry in the corresponding guide for more details).

In addition, the codes can be entered in the Waddle Dee messenger since it is unlocked in the first stages of the adventure, so this is one of the easiest and fastest methods to obtain thousands of coins in a very short time and without any effort.

On the other hand, if you have any amiibo figures do not hesitate to use it to get more additional rewards. They are not as effective as the codes, but they should not be ruled out either.

Play the Meta Knight Cup in the Colosseum

The Colosseum is a building that is unlocked after completing the third world and in it you can play cups with boss fights to earn lots of stars. We recommend that you take into account the following:

  • The first cup that becomes available in the Meta Knight Cup, and beating it rewards you with 500 Hit Star Coins (plus a Rarity Stone ).
  • This cup can take you anywhere from 3 to 7 minutes, depending on how skilled you are.

Repeat the first phase

Obviously playing phases are one of the most practical and common ways to earn star coins in the game progressively. However, and curiously, the first phase of the first world: Constructed Valley, is a phase in which around 400 coins can be obtained in just 8 minutes.

  • You can play this phase as many times as you want to farm more coins.
  • This phase is one of the ones that grant the most coins and is accessible from the first minutes of the game.
  • You don't even have to finish the level for the coins you've earned to be saved (although you'll get the most of them in the final section of the stage).

Works at the Waddle Dee cafeteria

The first minigame unlocked in Waddle Dees Town is the cafeteria minigame and this is one of the best minigames for effectively earning star coins. You can play it in any difficulty, all of them can be completed in just 1 minute of your time, and depending on the degree of difficulty and your effort you will earn between 70 to 190 coins for a round.

Dig deep and look for green, red, and blue coins

In Kirby and the Forgotten Land, there are different types of Star Coins; the most basic is the yellow ones, but there are also green, red, and blue ones. These versions that are more rare and special are worth more (for example a blue one is equal to 30-star coins) and can be obtained if you thoroughly explore all the corners of the world and the stages.

It is recommended that you are a player who likes to explore all corners:

  • Often in stages, you will find glows that trigger trails of hidden star coins.
  • If you go after all the Waddle Dees and secret missions you will also end up finding hidden areas and there are often more coins in them.
  • In some stages, there are small challenges, such as races against the clock, which reward you with more coins if you do well.
  • In the map view, you can also fly to look for points that can be examined and that hide red coins.
