Tunic is a game with roguelike elements but is, at its core, an exploration RPG. As such, it includes the mechanic of leveling up our protagonist, but in a somewhat special way. We tell you what you must do to level up in Tunic.

How to level up in Tunic

In Tunic, instead of leveling up, you will level up your health, defense, attack, resistance, and magic attributes individually. Each of them has its own level. You can see the levels of life (health), resistance (to dodge), and magic (your MP, the higher the level, the more magic attacks you can use until the bar is depleted) at the bottom left of the screen.

In order to level up, what you have to do is open the inventory next to a fox statue. By doing so, you will be able to offer the items on the bottom right of the menu to level up.

You must keep in mind that you need money to make the offering and that each offering and offering level has different requirements. Of course, you have to have the items in your inventory to be able to offer them. You can see the offering items on page #18 of the instruction manual.

Remember that the item is consumed with the upgrade, of course.
