The Egg Festival is back in Animal Crossing! As every year, you will have to obtain eggs to make objects, we explain how to find them.
Every year in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, it is possible to participate in the Egg Festival. Its date varies according to Easter, and for 2022, it is from April 10 to 17 that it will be possible to participate in the festivities. Throughout this period, you will be able to collect eggs and obtain DIY plans in order to make objects or outfits from the Egg Festival collection!
But how to obtain these eggs which will be useful for the manufacture of objects? We detail everything egg by egg.
Eggs in Animal Crossing, how to get them all at Easter?
In total, six different types of eggs are available during the Egg Festival in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Each of them is obtained in a different way, which you can discover below:
- The wooded egg: To obtain wooded eggs, you will have to equip yourself with your ax, and use it against trees. Woody Eggs should sometimes drop from it!
- The terrestrial egg: The terrestrial eggs are obtained by digging in the ground, using your shovel. Their location is indicated on the ground with the same marker as that of the fossils.
- Mineral egg: Mineral eggs are obtained by hitting rocks with a pickaxe or shovel.
- The Leafy Egg: You will find the Leafy Eggs by shaking the cherry trees on your island. You will easily spot them thanks to their pink color.
- The aerial egg: The aerial eggs are obtained in the gift balloons present in the air. Those containing eggs have bands of several colors! Use a slingshot to knock them down.
- The aquatic egg: As their name suggests, it is in the water that you will find aquatic eggs! Equip yourself with your fishing rod and try to fish for medium to large aquatic forms.
