Diablo Immortal: How to link your accounts and share progress

We show you the steps to follow to link your Diablo Immortal account between PC and mobile to share all the progress of your game and character without losing any progress.

Diablo Immortal is now available worldwide and this new iteration of the Blizzard universe is free to enjoy on both PC and mobile. How could it be otherwise, those responsible have thought about the comfort of their players and for this reason, we have at our disposal an account linking system to share all the progress of our game between platforms.

This means that you can start a game on PC and later continue it on your mobile without any problem or vice versa, having saved all your progress, which is commonly known as crossplay. Next, in case you have any doubts, we will explain all the steps to link your account between platforms.

How to link your Diablo Immortal accounts?

In order to link your Diablo Immortal accounts between PC and mobile, what you have to do is the following:

  • You first need to have your own Battle.net account (ie a Blizzard account).
  • Access the Battle.net platform and create your account from this link (if you already have an existing account you can skip this step).
  • After this, launch Diablo Immortal from the platform of your choice.
  • Once in the main menu of the game, click on the button located in the upper left corner of the screen where your user appears, which at this time should be "Guest".
  • A screen will open where you can decide if you want to continue playing as a guest or if you already have an account you can click on "Login".
  • Choose this last option and a browser will open in which you must enter your Battle.net account credentials.
  • On the next screen, you will be asked if you want to connect the game to your existing account. Accept (if this question does not appear on the screen, first try to play the title so that the terms and conditions appear, you must accept them in order to later be able to link your account without problems).
  • After accepting the connection your account will be established and you will be able to use your Battle.net account to play Diablo Immortal from any platform.

From now on, your connected Battle.net user account will appear at the top left of the screen. You can create a character and progress as much as you want, and when you move to another platform, simply by logging in with your same Battle.net account you can pick up where you left off with all your progress safe.

Please note, however, that account linking can only be done with a single Battle.net account, so connecting or disconnecting games to a different account is not possible and cannot be changed in the future. Therefore, it is recommended that you connect your Battle.net account before starting any game. It should be the first thing you do when you open the game for the first time.

How to continue with your character?

In case you have already played with a character on mobile, and now you want to continue the game from a PC, you may have a little scared when you do not see your character anywhere from the main menu when you press "Play". This deserves a clarification. Don't worry, you haven't actually lost your character. You just have to click on the choice of servers, then the list of servers will open and there will be a section titled "My heroes", like this:

Characters you've already created with your Battle.net account from any platform should appear here. If Battle.net has recognized that you already have a character or more created, they will always appear from this server menu. All you have to do now is click on the character you want to continue your game with and that's it.
