Diablo Immortal: How to play with friends, invite them and add new ones

Diablo Immortal is a free-to-play title that features multiplayer features like most of the games in this franchise (for a maximum of 4 simultaneous players in a group). How to invite friends to your game?

When it comes to inviting one of your friends to your game of Diablo Immortal, there are several ways to proceed. Of course, it should be noted that both you and the friend you want to invite must be playing with a registered Battle.net account beforehand.

Option number 1

• Click on the button in the upper right corner of the screen with three horizontal lines.
• When the options menu is displayed, enter "Friends".
• A list of your added Battle.net friends will open.
• Click on the friend you want to invite to your game.
• Among the options that appear in your friend's file, you must select "Invite to the group" to send an invitation to your game.

Remember that this option will only be available if your friend is currently online and playing on the same server as you (otherwise the option will be grayed out).

Option number 2

This option to invite friends to your game is even more direct than the previous one.

• Click on the icon in the upper left corner next to your character's icon (the button with two silhouettes of faces).
• This will open the menu for your current party.
• Next to your character you have three "+" symbols.
• Click on one of the "+" buttons and a screen will open to invite friends to your current group.
• From the list of your friends, select the online player you want to invite and send them your invitation so they can join.

How to add new friends?

Similar to inviting friends, Diablo Immortal offers several ways to add new friends to your Battle.net account. You can send friend requests in the following ways:

• While in a game, click on another player's character: his profile will open and you will only have to select "add friend".
• Open the options menu while playing: by pressing the button in the upper right corner of the screen with three horizontal lines and then enter "Friends". Once here select "add friend" and enter the BattleTag of the player you want to add (for example Barbarian#1234 ).

Keep in mind that friends are always added with their BattleTag identifier , which means that when you make a friend they are registered with their Battle.net account name, and not their in-game character name (this allows you to see to your friends regardless of the character they are playing as).

Apart from that, in the add friend window you can also see a list of friends suggested by the system itself.
