2. Hunger. Even later, the infected Sim's hunger will increase, which means that the hero's base stats will decrease much faster.
3. Transformation. Eventually, it all leads to transformation, where your Sim goes on a rampage and can turn into a werewolf.

Exploration of underground tunnels

This method is similar to the previous one, however, for a bite, you will need to explore the underground tunnels in the Mundwood Mill location. The only entrance to the tunnel is behind the bar and the Sharpfang bunker.

After visiting such a place, players will have several different options to choose from, some will lead to the discovery of research, others to fights. So you can infect your Sim to turn into a werewolf.

What is rage

For Sims to take their werewolf form for the first time, they first need to embrace their bestial instincts, namely the hungry rage that runs deep in every werewolf's bloodstream and pushes them to the brink, turning them into a rampaging beast.

Fury wraps around werewolves like a warm blanket. As their rage rises, their bestial instincts grow stronger until they finally take over.

The increase in rage occurs constantly and is accelerated by certain pathogens. It is worth noting that each hero may have different pathogens. Here is the general list:

4. Full moon.
