As in the base game, in the Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak expansion, players can find a Bubo nest in Elgado 's new outpost, although it is in a rather hidden area that is difficult to access. How to get to the nest of Bubos Elgado?
Shortly after the start of the Sunbreak DLC, when you can move freely around Elgado after receiving your master rank, the Luchika character who is in the command post will tell us that there is a nest of Snow Bubos nearby. The location of this nest is a mystery, but below we show you the route to follow so you can find it:
- First, from where Luchika's character is in the command post, go up the stone stairs to his left (they are the same ones you can see in the image above).
- Once you go up the stairs you will reach a dead-end and next to you there will be a blue tarp.
- Use the chordopter jump (Zl + Zr) to get on top of this blue tarp.
- Now from the blue canvas you have to make another jump with a chordopter to the wooden ledge that you see on your right, just towards the stone wall that we point out in the image above.
- If you do the jump well and reach the ledge you can climb some ladders to the top of the wall.
- The nest of Elgado's Bubos is up here, on top of the wall of the command post.
